The Susan Burns Trio represents the rejoining of three area musicians that have worked together previously for many years. Returning from San Diego, Susan has formed this classy little jazz trio to continue her career as a performing artist. The Trio is currently available for private parties as well as restaurant and club engagements. Pete Baker is a wonderfully accomplished keyboard player supported by the steady and danceable rhythms of Wayne Bruns on drums and various percussion instruments. While all 3 sing, Susan is definitely the featured vocalist. The three combine to create some refreshingly listenable, and danceable music.

The Susan Burns Duo includes Susan as vocalist, and Wayne Bruns as keyboardist. Their performances are a combination of technology and musicianship. Both Susan and Wayne have been performing music for several years in many situations. Each has performed with Big Bands, rock groups, and pop trios. Susan has sung in clubs and other venues throughout California and most of the West Coast. Wayne is a drummer turned keyboardist who worked with several rock and country bands for most of his life. They blend their knowledge and talent to form an affordable duo that lends itself to any situation, with a range of sound that can conform to any setting, from a large wedding reception to an intimate restaurant or lounge.

The duo is comfortable performing several music genres; standard country, light rock, pop-jazz, and swing; music for listening as well as dancing. What's more, it is performed LIVE as opposed to recorded DJ music.

The sound produced by Wayne and his keyboard gives the listener the impression he is listening to several musicians rather than one. Together, Susie and Wayne optimize the value of hiring live music for your function; whatever it is and wherever it's venue.
